IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you have installed Java 8 Update 20 or later, this update has has blocked access to unsigned applets, making the oekaki boards and other unsigned Java applets inoperable. If you use Java 8 Update 20 or later and if you want to draw on this oekaki, please do the following:

1. Go to Control Panel, select Java and make sure Java content is enabled in your browser.
2. Go to Security and add the URL link of this site in the address bar to your Exception List.

Animated versions of ShiPainter, ShiPainter Pro and OekakiBBS are known to work correctly under these new restrictions. Normal, Paletted and Animated PaintBBS and ChibiPaint do not work at all at this time. I'm still investigating into this issue and I'll post a update as time warrants.

In the meantime, if you wish to use the oekaki without any of these new restrictions, there are older versions of Java (Java 8 Update 11 and below) that will work with this oekaki board without problems.

 Hey there! Welcome the oekaki! This oekaki drawing is really awesome!

I really love how you did the detailing in the dress that she's wearing as well as her gorgeous hair. The solid shading came out really incredible! ^^

great job on this! your technique is wonderful and i love your drawing style?

o.o Solids are so so hard + i'm in awe of people who can do them this well ( tho maybe i'm just too addicted to my beloved transparency and brush effects to pay them the love they respond to :) ). Anyhow, i wanted to ask: you're not an iscribble regular , are you? Your style has very similar features to work produced over there, and there are ( i think) a few other iscribble locals who post here) :).

:D anyhow, great job on this + i hope to see more of yoru work k soon!

Thank you so much Nomee, no i'm not a regular over there, in fact I don't think I've ever been over there lol. I've been on 2draw.net. I love solids so much ^_^. I first tried out solids a couple years back, back when I thought lineless watercolors was my thing. It just so happens I work so much better with solids than anything else, so I just stuck with it. I wasn't really copying anyones style :P. I'm not surprised that this type of art style is out there though =).

 It seems like whenever I start randomly drawing, and go off into space I end up making a completly different picture than I intended... This was going to be a cute little angle...now its this random picture. But I like how it came out atleast! >.<
